Credits and subscriptions

Generation uses credits according to the selected model and settings; check the displayed amount before submitting. Purchase refunds follow our Refund Policy. The return of credits for a failed generation is a separate process. Existing credit balances and previously granted entitlements are not changed by this policy update.

Use of Services

Our AI video and image generation services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our AI processing will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that generated outputs will meet your specific expectations.
